The extinguisher features a misting nozzle that applies the agent as a fine spray, helping to avoid grease splatter and keeping the fire contained to the cooking surface. These extinguishers are built, tested, and certified according to ANSI/UL 8 and ANSI/UL 711 standards, and are intended for use alongside pre-engineered kitchen fire suppression systems.
